The Senior Payroll and HR Admin Officer – Shared Service Center is situated within CIB Netherlands and reports directly to the Head of Shared Service Center Payroll and Admin. The good atmosphere of the Shared Service Team with 7 team members will further contribute to your development in becoming the payroll partner of the HR team.
Within the team you will manage the payroll and HR administration of Arval BNP Paribas in ADP iHCM and support the business lines within your scope. For this role your base will be at Arval BNP Paribas in Houten, every other week the team meets in Amsterdam. The HR Payroll and Admin Officer is a full time role, but part time can be discussed.
Your responsibilities
- Process the monthly payroll
- Be the first point of contact for colleagues with questions about payslips related matters and HR administration
- Draft contracts, letters and other typical HR documents (e.g. income statements) related to new joiners, leavers, as well as moves within the Group
- Update the pension and insurance administrations
- Timely and correctly update of HR data in the respective HR systems
- Keep track of developments with regards to employee benefits and informing colleagues in the SSC as well entities well in advance

The Change Manager (CM) reports directly to the Head of Business Solutions and is the driving force of managing stakeholders in the delivery of impact assessments and change implementation. Your responsibilities
Product strategy development:
- Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for cash management products and services in NL

Product management & execution:
- Acts as the primary product owner and central contact in NL overseeing the end-to-end management of the complete local Cash Management product portfolio.

- Acts as a senior point of escalation for the Cash Management function, with ability to define appropriate interventions, in order to deliver a quality service to clients
- Provides specialist support to the team and clients to diagnose and resolve issues, develop models and procedures and monitor trends. Where precedent has not been set, contributes to establishing new approaches or policies either personally or through their teams.
Stakeholder management
- Understand clients’ needs and translate that into product development
- Maintain strong relationships with the Payment Association, payment scheme owners and other banks and any other product related external parties. Represents Cash Management at internal steering committees and BNP Paris at external industry forums to provide appropriate expertise.

Within Securities Services, the main role of the Depository & Fiduciary Services teams (DFS),
wherever they operate, is twofold:
- Discharge the Bank’s oversight responsibilities on the fund managers (and their trading activity) and any other stakeholders (eg fund administrators, agency lenders, clearers, collateral agents,…) relevant to the funds we are appointed trustee or depositary for;
- Oversee the operations of any other departments of the Bank involved in its discharging its trustee or depositary responsibility, eg custody and specialist safekeeping teams.
In addition to performing post trade investment compliance monitoring in a fiduciary capacity, we offer this service in a commercial capacity in a number of markets, eg Luxembourg, France, Germany, Ireland, Singapore, the Netherlands and increasingly in the UK. This service is offered primarily to asset owners, bundled with other ‘master custody’ types of solutions.
Your responsibilities
The Depositary Support Officers interface objectively between the clients and the regulatory authorities and are responsible for a wide spectrum of control services including cash monitoring, ownership verifications, NAV controls, risk and compliance controls. The main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Analyzing fund structures and investment strategies (securities, derivatives & alternatives) to assist in the execution of our oversight.
- Perform controls in cooperation with the depositary officer regarding oversight (e.g. compliance monitoring) and ownership verification.
- In relation to the performance of our depositary services liaison with our international centers of excellence and coordinate internal control monitoring with the team to ensure that the team will meet the deadlines on time.

- Contribute to the global operational risk management program of BNP Paribas Securities Services whilst acting as depositary and custodian.
- In relation to our depositary services prepare periodic reports on our services and set-up depositary meetings in which the services will be evaluated.
Job related competencies:
- Masters degree in finance or (financial) economics or controlling
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience in an financial/controlling related area, within the Fund Services field (Institutional Investors business). Experience in Private equity, OTC Derivatives, Custody and related corporate actions is a plus as well as knowledge of the AIFMD and UCITS.
- Native level Dutch and fluent English (this is an absolute must!)

Concrètement votre quotidien ?
En tant que VIE au sein du département Corporate Coverage de BNP Paribas CIB aux Pays-Bas, vous jouerez un rôle central au sein de l’équipe avec 3 dimensions principales : un rôle commercial fort, une expertise crédit et KYC.

The position you’re applyingfor/Your new role
A Multi National CoverageRelationship Manager(MNC RM) is the key-representative of BNP Paribas towardsthe customer group defined as Multinational Coverage Relationships. Member of the Coverage Team, you will be mainly in charge ofa portfolio of Contributor clients, i.e. local subsidiaries whose parentcompany is already a client of BNP Paribas (Pilot Company) in its home market.
You’ll work in close coordination with the Pilot RMs abroadand implements the strategy jointly defined. You will grow your client base by on-boarding new Contributorrelationships, proactively contacting members of the BNP Paribas Coverage Teamabroad to forge introductions. You will report to one of the local Corporate Coverage Head of ClientGroup. You are in close contact with the Pilot RMs in the different countriesabroad, in order to understand the Group structure of your clients such as toleverage the local market opportunities. You will train and work closely with the Associate(s) of theClient Group.
Your responsibilities
- Act as primary Contributor client entry point for anyclient need and maintain client relationship at adequate level (mainly C.E.O.or C.F.O.)
- After having understood the global organization of theclient’s Group, define the possibilities of developing the local business withthe Contributor.
- In coordination with the Pilot RM abroad and the localBusiness Lines, originate Corporate Coverage products (especially CashManagement, Trade and FX/IRG flows) according to the clients’ needs and thusincrease revenues and cross sell for his/her clients.
- Prepare and share Client Action Plan on most importantclients or at request of Pilot RMs
- Ensure the updating and accuracy of the CRM tool (callreports, status of opportunities and deal pipeline management among others)
- Monitor risk and contribute to the credit applicationin cooperation with Credit Analysts.
- Maintain regular contact with the Pilot RM to beupdated on the evolution of the mother company.
- Ensure Compliance with Bank’s policies/procedures(especially KYC and AML/Sanctions) and regulatory requirements, in particularwith regards to the KYC responsibilities and duties, as per relevant policiesand procedures and the summary of responsibilities list attached hereto.
- Ensure that the business carried out with his/herclients is appropriate, understandable and suitable.
- Act in a product-neutral manner in the best interestof the clients and of the BNP Paribas Group globally.
- Participate, when required or needed, to workshopsaiming at developing the global efficiency of the BNP Paribas Group.

The position you’re applying for/Your new role
The Senior Legal Counsel is situated within CIB Netherlands in Amsterdam and reports directly to the head of Legal CIB Netherlands.
You are the driving force for new developments and preparing stable delivery of change to production and will overlook the change process from beginning to end. Main goal is to continuously optimize and professionalize CIB Legal Netherlands and to contribute to the CIB Legal and overall strategy.
Your responsibilities
· Providing legal advice, in particular with regards to bilateral and syndicated loan documentation (LMA), security and other ad-hoc documentation
· Negotiating, reviewing and writing banking law related documents, loan contracts and security documentation, templates, tender documents and other legal documents as required by the various business lines
· Rendering effective legal advice and assistance in the preparation of legal opinions, studies, reports and correspondence as required from time to time by offices in- and outside The Netherlands.

Who are you
· Master’s degree in law. Degree in Dutch law is considered a plus
· Additional education in Banking Law such as an LLM would be considered a plus

· Ability to analize legal issues quickly and to provide comprehensive and pragmatic solutions
· Ability to draft and edit a variety of documents in English (and preferably Dutch) in a clear and concise manner
· Languages: fluency in English. Dutch is considered a plus.
